Late Payment Fee Policy for Tennis Lessons

We understand that life happens, and payments might be delayed. To ensure fairness and the smooth running of our lessons, the following late fee structure applies to all 

lesson packages ($250–$900):

Late Fee Breakdown

• 1 – 3 Days Late: $5 per day
  (Late fee range: $5–$15)

• 4 – 7 Days Late: $10 per day
  (Late fee range: $40–$70)

• 8 – 14 Days Late: $20 per day
  (Late fee range: $160–$280)

• 15 – 30 Days Late: $30 per day
  (Late fee range: $450–$900)

• Over 30 Days Late: 10% of the package price per month (compounding)

• Late fees are applied in addition to the package cost.

• To avoid late fees, payments must be made on or before the due date.
